About Vivian Brown
My name is Vivian Brown and my journey into the real estate world has been an evolution of purpose that I am shaping every day. My background over the last 25 years has been managing systems and processes for aerospace and manufacturing. I have both taught and analyzed processes and how people are following those processes. With systems and processes there is a higher chance of success and achieving the desired result - and that is to win!
I took these skills into the real estate world, and specifically the auction method of marketing. This enables me to help clients in a way that goes way beyond the "fluff" in today's marketing. And that is only the beginning!
My goal is to be there "with" and "for" my clients, helping them to understand the auction process and being devoted to them from the beginning to the end, and beyond!
One of my core values is integrity. This value was pivotal when it came to my choice of real estate teams I wanted to be a part of. And that is why I chose Mason Auctioneers.
I am easy going with a quirky sense of humor and not afraid of challenges. Many times the real estate process involves complex transactions. If there is ever an issue in a complex transaction (or otherwise), I help my clients get through it, I am a fearless problem solver! I am in the process of transitioning full time into real estate and strongly believe in the auction method. So much so, it's how my husband and I sold our house! I am also a Certified Real Estate Probate Specialist and am ready and equipped to help anyone in that phase of life. For me, family, and seeing other people happy and succeed in life is what brings me joy! I have been married to my husband Shane for 6 years and between the two of us we have 3 kids and 4 grandchildren. My hobbies include gardening, reading, going to the lake, and spending time with family. I have several favorite scriptures, however one of my favorites is 1 Corinthians 13:13; "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love". Without love, we are nothing, so having love I can do my best and be my best for myself, my family, and others.
