We do the marketing, preparation work, inspections, open houses, field questions, vet buyers, conduct the auction, collect the funds, and so much more. There are literally hundreds of touchpoints during the auction and we do it all for you. We explain the differences between auctions and traditional real estate transactions and answer any questions you might have.
The process is usually as follows:
Have an initial meeting at the property and assess what is being sold.
Sign a listing, develop a strategy and prepare a marketing campaign.
Get the property ready for sale. Photos, video, descriptions, everything uploaded into our online auction platform, phone calls, answering questions, open houses, inspections, conducting the auction, closing, court confirmation and settlement.
Every auction is different but these are the basics. An auction is simply a public sale in which real property or items of merchandise are sold to the highest bidder. It is a time-driven event in which we remove most of the stress from you and your family and maximize the value of the estate.
